The Capitol Quartet is making its first appearance at UAFS. The event, free and open to the public, is hosted by Dr. David Carter, UAFS assistant professor of music. The Capitol Quartet, whose members are on the faculty at universities across the country, will present a master class at 10 a.m. on Oct. 19, followed by a 1 p.m. performance.
